The Seniors are coached by a Level 2 Coach. with fitness, skills training and match practise.
The Juniors are coached by Level 2 and Level 1 Coaches, with each age group having their own coach, targeting practises and skills at that level.
The High 5's are coached by Level 2 and Level 1 Coaches, offering structured skill training and High 5 match practise.
Players should wear suitable clothing, trainers, tie back long hair and ensure nails are cut short and smooth.
